So I found this book in my library and the blurb on the back was VERY interesting.
It said:

It sounds like your average, American highschool drama. But trust me, it isn't. Something terrible happened to Annabel that she is ashamed to speak of. Its a very serious issue that has become more prominent in recent years. Because of what happened Annabel, who is a model, she disappears from the limelight and refuses to talk to anyone until one boy brings her back from the dark abyss she has reduced herself to live in. He isn't overly romantic, but he is so honest and intense and exactly the guy I'm sure most girls would love to be in a relationship with. He's real and truthful.

There is a lot of drama and heartache in Annabel's life, on the outside she appears to have it all, but behind closed doors,her life is something of a nightmare.But she eventually learns how to deal with it and how to open up to those close to her.

I would recommend this book to everyone.It teaches a good lesson on being prejudiced and how you shouldn't judge anyone by what they appear. Appearances can sometimes be millions of miles from the truth. And this book is proof of that.

I give ''Just Listen'' a 5/5 because it was genuinely moving and it really made me think about my own life and how to be considerate of others.
A real page turner.

This summer has been quite boring to say the least. So to make it just a little less mind numbing, I've been reading. A lot. So I thought Why not talk about some?. I mean I've read so many and loads of them have been amazing.So maybe like whenever I finish a book, I'll write what I thought about it and give it a rating out of 5. I won't leave out anything and I will give my honest opinion. Although most books that I actually finish I find to be good, because If I don't like it...I don't complete it. Ha. Guess I should get out of that habit!
ANYWAYS. I'll begin by reviewing a book I finished recently! Check the next post!

That special friend...

As stated in my previous post, I said I would post again soon and talk about my thoughts, interests, etc.
Today I decided I am going to discuss my Favorite type of animal...cats.
I've got to say that I love cats, I don't know what it is, but whenever I see one of those furry little creatures I go weak at the knees and have an unbelievable urge to reach out and pet it
I mean...just look at this beautiful kitty

Who could resist this kittens charm? Not me thats for sure. I think cats just bring joy into everyones live's and act as quite suitable companions for the lonely. I don't know how many years of my childhood I spent sitting in my back yard talking to my cat puddy. That poor creature was most likely in pain listening to my nonsensical babble. But she listened non the less and gave me the attention I craved for.
I sound really sad don't i?
Oh well,to finish this uninteresting blog up, I shall say only this,
Don't let anyone startle your cat if its sitting on your bare legged lap. (Trust me it hurts.)

Well first off all...

Hi, My name is ciara, or ciwa, whichever you prefer. I started this blog sometime last year and just remembered recently that i had one!( I have the memory of a goldfish.) But yes, I will post about certain things I'm interested in and what I like on the interwebz.
Those certain things will include : Minecraft, books, poetry, websites,pokémon etc etc.
I hope I don't bore all you bloggers to death with my thoughts and interests.
